This updates the GeoServer to the latest version 2.28.3
Please note that in preparation to the upcoming GeoServer 3 release this one already drops the
sec-keycloakin favour of thesec-oidcplugin and is considered as BREAKING CHANGE.After updating a local dev setup, please ensure to run
./setEnvironment.sh updateto replace the URL placeholders accordingly.TODO:
