문제

  • 동기화 대상 레포에 AGENTS.md와 CLAUDE.md가 없으면 새 파일이 untracked 상태가 돼요.
  • 현재 git diff --quiet 검사에서는 이를 변경으로 인식하지 않아 Draft PR이 생성되지 않아요.

해결

  • 동기화 변경 판별에 untracked 파일을 포함해요.

확인 방법

  • npm test
  • git diff --check
