Code Review
This pull request updates the status of the "Adjust Bridge Limits" TIP (TIP-0005) from "Proposed" to "Accepted" and updates its identifier prefix from "P" to "A". The reviewer pointed out that according to the TIP workflow guidelines, changing the status to "Accepted" requires adding a Resolution field to the metadata table linking to the deciding pull request or discussion, and provided a code suggestion to resolve this.
Important
The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
For more details on the timeline and next steps, please review the Help Documentation.

According to the TIP workflow guidelines in TIP-0001 (under the Status Changes section), when a TIP's status is updated to Accepted, a Resolution header must be added to the metadata table with a link to the discussion or pull request where the final status was decided. Please add the Resolution field to the table.
