Package.swift declares iOS 13.0 (required by Flutter's FlutterFramework package), while the podspec and the example app still targeted 12.0. With Swift Package Manager enabled, apps targeting iOS 12 failed to resolve the plugin, whereas the CocoaPods path built fine. Raise the podspec platform and the example app's deployment target to 13.0 so both integration paths behave identically, and document the SPM support and the new minimum iOS version in the changelog.
