…HLWERK_SET_OPENER zaehlwerk v0.14.0 adds warm-up, the serve rally and the change of ends (zaehlwerk ADR-0005, stuttgart-things/zaehlwerk#79), and SET_OPENER: who serves first in the sets after the first (alternate = ITTF, loser = house rule).
