Open tools for the people who run the show.
Stoatworks Labs is one working AV technician writing the software our industry never got round to writing — and, increasingly, designing the hardware to go with it. Audio, video, RF, content and show control. Free, open source, and shipped from the same road cases you use.
No account, no cloud, no phone-home. These run on your machine, on your network, on your show. A tool that stops working when the venue WiFi does is not a tool.
Honest status, always. Every repo says plainly what has been tested against real hardware and what has only ever run in simulation. Verified and assumed are different words and we use them differently.
Built with AI, and says so. Most of this code was written with Claude (Anthropic), directed and reviewed by a human who runs shows. Every repo states it at the top, next to what has been tested and what has not.

- YouTube — @Stoatworks-Labs — a short video per tool, every one of them the real application running its real demo data
- Instagram — @stoatworkslabs — the same cuts, plus what is on the bench
Everything here is given away, and that is not changing. It still costs hardware to test against, fab runs for boards that do not work yet, and a great many unpaid hours.
