Problem
CLAUDE.mdwas a symlink toAGENTS.md, kept only because Claude Code used to ignoreAGENTS.md. Since v2.1.277 it readsAGENTS.mddirectly.Solution
Delete the symlink, fix the
AGENTS.mdheading, and point the four OpenCode agent prompts atAGENTS.md.Verification
No tracked file mentions the alias outside historical plans, and no
CLAUDE.mdsymlink remains.
