Summary

Reconcile the QUA-1241 execution mirror after QUA-1260 merged in #895 and was marked Done in Linear.

  • Record QUA-1260's actual merge, validation and narrow capability boundary.
  • Separate T82's QUA-1262 non-executing proof hold from QUA-1258's authored T89 duration comparison.
  • Reflect active T73/E22 PR work, the resolved dated-curve prerequisite, and the independent OAS/seed follow-ons.
  • Keep incomplete tickets open, distinguish historical audit findings from current claims, and state umbrella cleanup/docs/validation requirements.

Validation

Documentation-only: TDD does not apply. Checked the live Linear tickets, merge and validation evidence, current source plan, and actual diff. Whitespace checks passed. PR review and checks are required before merge.

No runtime, manifest, pricing or support behavior changes. Official curve docs shipped in #895; LIMITATIONS.md needs no additional change for this execution-mirror reconciliation.

Related: QUA-1241, QUA-1247, QUA-1260. This PR does not close the program or its remaining implementation tickets.
