Summary

  • pin the shared Changesets policy and release-PR workflow to immutable v1.3.0
  • pin independent npm publishing to the same audited central release
  • remove obsolete unpinned-use suppressions

Validation

  • git diff --check
  • central v1.3 changeset-version policy validation
  • actionlint 1.7.12
  • zizmor 1.28.0 (only a pre-existing low-severity npm install finding)

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated automated release and publishing workflows to the latest pinned workflow revisions.
    • Improved consistency and security of release-intent checks by using version-controlled workflow actions.
