Pre-release for testing opencode v2 support (#127). Bumps
package.json/ lockfile to 0.10.0-next.0 and cuts the CHANGELOG section. After merge, tagv0.10.0-next.0publishes to thenextdist-tag as a GitHub pre-release;lateststays at 0.9.0.
