- Removes Brick-exclusive Fnkey app (which only half worked anyhow).
- Adds mute toggle and analog-dpad toggle as options for side switch... with plans to implement fan and LED control (not added yet).
- Special functions on Fn1 and Fn2 on Brick were handled by keymon in the stock software; Since we do not use this closed source bin I have hooked them up to spruce's buttons_watchdog.sh. These keys can now theoretically be hooked to any arbitrary script we wish to launch, on key press and/or key release.
- Current options for Fn1 and Fn2 just allow them to double up for start, select, or menu buttons.
- TrimUI devices now run an inotifywait-based watchdog on spruce-config.json to monitor for changes to the user-selected functionality, and immediately reflect the change in the actual switch and button behavior.
Had to move get_hw_epoch into device as their linux version handles hwclock differently
Add sleep support to Anbernic RGXX line
Both power and lid only tested on rg35xxsp currently

They shouldn't clear due to memory, only due to font changes
Make clearing fonts optional when clearing the display caches

All 4 per-device binaries rebuilt from PPSSPP-spruce CI: - PPSSPPSDL_TrimUI (Brick/TSP — PowerVR) - PPSSPPSDL_SmartProS (TSPS — Mali G57) - PPSSPPSDL_Flip (Flip — Mali G52/Mesa) - PPSSPPSDL_A30 (A30 — Mali fbdev, display rotation patch) Assets updated to v1.20.3: adds ui_images/, fonts, themes, shaders, network config, and updated translations.

Enables Vulkan video driver for devices with Vulkan-capable GPUs (Smart Pro S / Mali G57). GLES path unchanged for other devices.
