[Feature request] update gpSP Core to ver. 1.1.0 #1661

Dear SpruceOS Team,
thanks for your super awesome work!
is it possible to update the gpSP core (GBA) to Version 1.1.0? This would allow NetPlay and trading in more Pokémon games.
