Updates to LUCIA tool

What's Changed

• Extracted logic to create separate test suite generator instances for all LLM models configured in api_params to get_llm_test_suite_generators() .
• Updated the query logic to successfully capture methods and fields declared inside nested classes (any_method_def, any_field_declaration), including a fallback broader search for exact field names.
• Upgraded setup_logging() to rotate logging files (50MB max size) inside a dedicated logs/ directory, along with a fallback file handler to prevent OS/permission errors.
