Back option added in privacy and terms pages for better user navigation.

What does this PR do?

This PR added Back button on privcy and terms pages with proper css.

Changes

-Added a visible “Back” button on the privacy and terms pages
-Proper css visuals on the button

• Accessibility checks: Keyboard + semantic HTML

Results

-since changes are done in frontend, no error or changes in backend.
