Replace "your_installation_id" with your own Worldpay installation id in head.html
Upload these files using your Worldpay Payment page editor file management
This will do the following:
- hide unwanted optional fields, help, buttons and required asterix
- remove ugly WorldPay header
- highlight errors and jumplinks to the error
- add (optional) for optional fields
- style the payment button
- make it responsive (with javascript)
- override default font and form styles
