DELETE /api/v1/admin/api-keys/:idsetsrevoked_at, audit-logged (keys are validated against the DB per request, so no cache to invalidate).blockchain_user_betsrejects non-StellarG…keys (56 chars, base32, CRC16) with 400.replay_eventscounts only stored events, recordslast_ledger, and only sets/cachescompletedwhen no events beyond the confirmed tip were skipped.Validation: Rust toolchain unavailable in this environment, so cargo check/tests were not run; openapi.yaml parses as valid YAML. Added a unit test for key validation.
