limit/cursor(offset) and returnsnext_cursor; DB fallback gets LIMIT/OFFSET. Existingfailed_atindex already covers the ordering./api/v1/blockchain/replay; old path kept as alias withDeprecation/Linkheaders; spec, client and tests updated.Validation:
bash -non the migration script. cargo is unavailable in this environment, so Rust changes were not compiled.
