problem with i18n

I tried to build the new sc because I want to test it but it gave me an error :
"error: error in setup.cfg: command 'build' has no such option 'i18n'"

Someone knows how to fix that ?

well I fixed it by installing "python-distutils-extra", but I thought it would be new sc from this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDMr5JhZ_Kk
Is there a way to test it ?
