I found no problems.

1. The version changes from 4.7.0 to 4.7.1 in package.json and src/platform-specific/jsVersion.ts. No other "4.7.0" remains in the package outside CHANGELOG.md.
2. The two Podfile.lock files change only the RNReanimated version and checksum.
3. 15 of the 16 commits since 4.7.0 are fix cherry-picks, and each has exactly one CHANGELOG.md entry (12 bug fixes, 3 others). #10642 changes only the changelog tooling. The 15 deleted fragments match the entries one to one, and the pr:/by: overrides are applied.
4. compatibility.json already has 4.7.x with worklets 0.13.x, which matches the peer dependency.
