Introduced changes

• added support for Swift Package Manager to react-native-audio-api
• both the expo plugin or react native bare app queries the information about runtime flags from package.json of the app not from the Podfile and gradle.properties respectfully
• prebuilt binaries now points to the 4.0.0 tag, which has also the static libs bundled in the xcframework, because spm can handle remote frameworks, so they had to be separated and packed accordingly
