Out of curiosity, just discovered the Soduco Project with Allmaps annotations live-viewable via the allmaps viewer links eg this Verniquet from Gallica.
According to fig. 1 on about, state of vectorization is 100% for some plans of interest to us:
- Verniquet 1789-1799
- Jacoubet 1227-1836
- carte de paris et fortifications 1845
I just wanted to know whether these output vectorized plans are already available as georeferenced vector files somewhere, or if one has to apply the pretrained model weights on the each individual raster image to do the vectorization. I've found other iterations of the Verniquet plans on Paris-Time-Machine/Humanum, individual-led Turgot3d or ESRI Feature Server, or raw collections at paris-atlas-historique and paris-time-machine raster tile datasets but none have vector plans (as geojson, vector tiles, or any other geo vector format). Stumbled on this great resource, Alpage Vasserot 1810-1836, which let export vectorized geojson plans.
