We need to set up GitHub Actions for automated builds and releases.
CI (on push/PR to master): Run go vet, go build, and go test ./... inside an Arch Linux container, since libalpm prevents us from using standard Ubuntu runners.
Releases (on tagged v*): Build the binary in an Arch container and attach it to a GitHub Release.
The Arch container (archlinux:latest) will need Go and libalpm headers installed. We should also cache Go modules between runs.
AUR packaging is tracked separately.
