Dates the 0.1.0 CHANGELOG section and adds the tag-driven release workflow the family uses: a GitHub release whose body is this version's CHANGELOG section, with a CycloneDX SBOM attached.

Dates the
[0.1.0]CHANGELOG section (2026-10-05) and adds compare links, and adds.github/workflows/release.yml, copied from the family's (laranail/captcha): on av*.*.*tag it publishes a GitHub release whose body is that version's CHANGELOG section, plus generated notes and a CycloneDX SBOM. Actions follow the pinning rule;anchore/sbom-actionis on its latest release, v0.24.3.The extraction was run locally against this CHANGELOG and returns the 0.1.0 section (37 lines).
After merge, the tag
v0.1.0on the merge commit triggers the release.
