The README standard now splits the section into Getting started, the setup a fresh install needs before the first call, and Usage. Every command, tag and env key shown was checked against the package's own provider, config or CLI.

Every command, flag and API shown was checked against this repository's code, and every link resolves.Also corrects two existing README lines against the CLI:
gendia setuptakes--shape=local|vps|project|docker|k8s|ci(not a positional argument), andgendia releasetakes the repo directory name (core), notorg/name.
