### Changed

- **ADR-0001 folded into `docs/architecture.md`**: the S3 auth design
record moved from `docs/adr/0001-s3-auth-design.md` to the
"Why S3 sync uses boto3's credential chain" section of
`docs/architecture.md`, text unchanged. Architectural rationale lives
in that page; the repository no longer carries a `docs/adr/` tree.
