Fixes thumbnail cropping by preserving each existing screenshot's natural aspect ratio. Repositions Workshop ERP as a free, field-tested ERP backbone without naming an organization, while distinguishing the current localhost source package from a deployable shared host. Updates the deployment handoff with specific backend, storage, authentication, failover, backup, and launcher work still required. Static checks: all 34 page image references resolve; git diff --check passes. No ERP server or private deployment was run; no screenshots or binaries changed.
