1. Run filenames_hourly_map.py and specify the swot cycles and directory. Also specify resolution - LR or HR. This creates a txt file that lists the python commands to execute.
2. qsub submit_swot_regridding.sh
	a. this runs the regridding script for each pass in the specified cycles
	b. output files will be in /scratch/shoshi/swot/obsfit_labsea/cycle9/ SPECIFY IN swot_to_regridd... 
3. combine swot hourly files by running merge_files.py
