fix(administration): stop replacing the sales channel content view - #268

Removed the override of `sw_sales_channel_detail_content_view` from the `sw-sales-channel-detail` extension, together with its `useRouterViewSlot` computed. The override replaced the whole block, so props that other plugins pass to the routed view were lost. Added specs for the injected export config fallback and a guard against overriding the block again, and list the fix in both changelogs.

Agentic Commerce no longer replaces the content of the sales channel detail page, so settings that other extensions add to the General tab show again. With Social Shopping installed, its channels showed the storefront form with currencies, not their own settings.
QA can check with Social Shopping installed that a Social Shopping channel's General tab shows its own settings, and that an Agentic Commerce channel still saves its template and provider settings.
Relates to shopware/shopware#20480
Requires shopware/shopware#21133 to be merged to actually be able to create Social Shopping sales channels again.
