Adds bluetooth connection to device info so bluetooth device now will appear associated with a proxy in the HA bluetooth dashboard (
/config/bluetooth/advertisement-monitor).Add device classes of
WATERandVOLUME_FLOW_RATEto sensors so these can be used in "pickers" or added to the energy dashboard.
