Updates the npm dependency group while keeping TypeScript on 6.0.3 because TypeScript 7 does not expose the compiler API required by TypeScript-ESLint.\n\n- Update Next.js, React, ESLint, Tailwind CSS, Font Awesome, and the remaining compatible dependencies\n- Use the Next router for the internal mobile-app redirect required by Next.js 16.3 lint rules\n- Override js-yaml to its patched release, leaving npm audit clean\n- Defer TypeScript 7 until its compiler API and TypeScript-ESLint support are available
