test(bench): hold /monorepo's Vite+ warning against vp lint; oxlint 1.87 in the floor smoke - #221

….87 in the floor smoke bench/vite-plus.mjs lints a small project with `vp lint`, the plugin and its settings in the `lint` block of vite.config.ts, and checks what /monorepo says: the plugin loads and reports, a nested .oxlintrc.json is not discovered (the rule it turns off still reports, oxc#26763), and Pattern A's entryPoint mapping still gives a package its own stylesheet. It runs in the weekly Interop job after interop.mjs, with the pinned vite-plus (1.1.0, a bench devDependency) and with the latest. - ci.yml: the Node 20.19 floor smoke runs the current oxlint, 1.87.0. - The "measured on oxlint 1.85" notes say 1.87: the e2e suite passed on it, and a probe plugin re-measured that `context.options` is one array per config and `context.settings` a fresh object per file. - /migration/from-better-tailwindcss names 4.9.0, the version interop.mjs checks; it still has the same 15 rules.
