The release PR of the 1.14.0 roadmap (8.1, 8.2).

  • Versions: packages/oxlint-tailwindcss/package.json and agent/claude-code/.claude-plugin/plugin.json are bumped to 1.14.0. claude-plugin-manifest.test.ts holds them equal, and claude plugin validate --strict passes for both manifests.
  • CHANGELOG: ## Unreleased becomes ## 1.14.0, which release.yml extracts for the GitHub Release notes. It adds:
    • an introduction;
    • a "Before you upgrade" section:
      • one cold precompute per entry point;
      • the Tailwind v4.1.15 and Node floors;
      • that the new rules are opt-in;
      • the reports that can appear and the ones that go away with the same config;
      • the new message texts and their messageIds;
    • a Dependencies section: the runtime dependencies are unchanged, and engines.node changed.
  • Bench: bench/results/latest.json is regenerated with 1.14.0 (median of 5), and the /benchmark and /comparison pages now name 1.14.0. The numbers match the previous run on everything except wall times. score.mjs now formats the file it writes.

Tests

The full gate passes: 3506 + 312 tests, plus the docs build.

After merging: git push origin main:release, which you approved.

Bump the package and the Claude Code plugin to 1.14.0, turn Unreleased into the 1.14.0
entry with what to know before upgrading and the dependencies, and regenerate the bench
results and the /benchmark and /comparison pages so they name 1.14.0. score.mjs now
formats the results file it writes.
