Scope

Pin the v1.0.0 release header and reduced-motion fallback to the immutable assets attached to the published GitHub Release.

Reason

The published release previously loaded header artwork from mutable main URLs. The current bytes matched the v1.0.0 tag, but future changes on main could alter the historical release presentation.

Runtime impact

None. Pet metadata, spritesheets, installers, catalogue behavior, and desktop runtime semantics are unchanged.

UI impact

The release header is visually unchanged. Its animated and reduced-motion sources now resolve through immutable v1.0.0 release attachments.
