Confirmed SIGNING_PRIVATE_KEY_BASE64 was populated and the fix in the previous PR addresses the actual format mismatch; no longer needed.

Cleanup follow-up to #24 — the diagnostic confirmed
SIGNING_PRIVATE_KEY_BASE64was populated and correctly decodes to an armored key, which theuseInMemoryPgpKeysfix already addresses. No longer needed.
