I search around but didn't find a related issue for this. Is there, or could there be, a way to update the status of a requested show/movie so a requesting user knows what's happening? Right now if a user requests a show that's not found by sonarr(unavailable on any configured indexer), it just stays perpetually in "Requested" status and they have no idea if it's actually submitted, bugged, etc, and i keep getting questions on if it's actually working. i can go into *arr and look at the status but i can't expect standard users to know how to do that. Sonarr logs the search failure:
EpisodeSearchService Completed search for 56 episodes. 0 reports downloaded.

can these be surfaced in Seerr? generally something like updating the 'Requested' badge lifecycle to 'Requested'=>'Searching'=>'Requested: Unavailable'
