[Request] Possibility to add Group Channel

Description

Would it be possible to add/extend an option to add a channel ID to the group ID in the format -GroupID/Channel or ChatID like -10020202020/2001

Desired Behavior

With the ability to include the ChatID/ChannelID, you could send Telegram messages to specific, selected channels, which would help readability

It could accept the telegram Apprise url format: {chat_id}:{topic} or the telegram-web format: {chat_id}_{topic}

Could I suggest to auto-add the -100 suffix (or auto-fix it)? I had a lot of trouble to realize overseerr demands it. Or at least to hint it.

It is confusing because the link to the topic is https://t.me/c/{chat_id}/{topic} while the url is https://web.telegram.org/a/#-100{chat_id}_{topic}
