Reviewed exact head 164ead3c7a8b9f014615c59e9aa560b20316486d.
The 132-file tree is byte-for-byte identical to composition from agentic-api commit a965da9da9c50e050325bef992f1332c0f04a59d, including SOURCE_DIGEST 2e4a53c3a0f1362322cb2dc398125123580d31198330264fa516f33a41cc5dfa. verify-mirror and the hosted Claude plugin validation pass. The expected apostra-developer package and build-with-apostra manifest are present, both host layouts resolve, and the review found no credentials or secrets.
