Replace user-visible Timeful/Schej text, logo, favicon and OG image with 2bz2fill placeholders, and add a "Based on Timeful" credit and source link. Remove things that pointed users or data at Timeful: their analytics (PostHog host, GTM container, now opt-in via env), PayPal and feedback links, socials, blog, demo videos, mascot, Teams sales dialog, Reddit and Discord prompts, and the When2meet converter (runs on Timeful's servers). Server: public address from BASE_URL (placeholder 2bz2fill.example), sign-in email sender from EMAIL_FROM, default CORS no longer trusts timeful.app. Internal identifiers are unchanged. - Privacy policy is now a page in the app, written from what the code
stores and sends (including Google's Limited Use statement). It shows a
draft notice until the contact email and operator name are filled in.
- Landing screenshot retaken from a local 2bz2fill poll with made-up names.
- Server registered built frontend files under Windows paths ("/js\app.js"),
so every script was answered with index.html on Windows. Use forward
slashes in the routes.
