Add deploy-configurable auth allowlist and remove self-hosted paywall/premium gating
Adds a light/dark toggle in the header that persists to localStorage and
defaults to the OS/browser color scheme preference on first visit.

The neutral Tailwind colors (white, off-white, black, gray, dark-gray,
very-dark-gray, light-gray, light-gray-stroke) are now backed by CSS
variables that flip when the `dark` class is applied to <html>, so
existing tw-bg-white/tw-text-black/etc. usage across the app adapts
automatically. Vuetify's theme.dark is kept in sync so built-in
components (dialogs, menus, text fields, date pickers) theme correctly
too. An inline script in index.html applies the class before first
paint to avoid a flash of the wrong theme.
