The ultimate test for this implementation would be similar to AsyncUDPSocketTest. Cannot use
AsyncUDPSocketTestexactly as it is because IPC (using127.0.0.1i.e. localhost) is not supported by UDP sockets in Shenango.Leaving out features like GSO, GRO, ZeroCopy*, TXTime, BSD socket flags like SO_*, fragmentation support, max reads per event.
