Product renaming changed encryption domains, keyed request identities, and native history paths. Existing encrypted records could no longer be opened, and Codex could not resume a thread after its state directory was renamed.
Keep the established persistent format identifiers and derive the same native state key in Core and Runtime admission/binding. There is one format and no version fallback. Add historical synthetic ciphertext/fingerprint/signature vectors and a pinned-native Codex restart regression; document the persistence boundary in English and Chinese.
Validation: focused crypto, identity, Runtime dispatch/CLI/binding and Codex tests pass; MCode tests pass in isolated Linux; PostgreSQL integration checks for native continuity and environment directory ownership pass; documentation checks and independent review pass. The pinned Codex 0.153.4 synthetic-provider experiment retained the same native thread and prior input across executor restart.
This change does not itself qualify a production upgrade. Real retained-sandbox upgrade/recovery, coordinated backup and final cutover verification remain separate deployment gates.
