chore: replace first-interaction bot with platform-aware templates - #49

Conversation
The welcome workflow duplicated the issue and PR templates and its issue message only covered macOS/Linux, so it was stale after native Windows support. - Remove the welcome workflow and its pull_request_target permissions. - Ask bug reporters for OS, shell and the platform-specific install check. - Split the PR checklist into macOS/Linux and Windows commands.

What changed
welcomeworkflow (actions/first-interaction). The bot duplicated the issue/PR templates and its issue message only covered macOS/Linux.bug_report.mdnow asks for OS, shell and the platform-specific install check:./install.sh --checkor.\install.ps1 -Check.PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.mdsplits the checklist into macOS/Linux and Windows commands. Why
Native Windows support landed in #44, so the bot's
./install.sh --checkguidance is wrong for Windows reporters. The templates already collect environment details, which makes the auto-comment a second, stale source of truth. Removing it also drops apull_request_targetworkflow with write permissions.Verification
