[Bug]: Island doesn't hide on expanding the notification shade. #1549

Following the recent update, the island no longer hides when the notification shade is expanded.
Steps to Reproduce
Enable "Hide when status bar is expanded".
Expand the notification shade.
Expected Behavior
The island is hidden when expanding the notification shade.

Just checked and the same issue appears with just Duo enabled. That also doesn't disappear when notifications are expanded.

Can confirm on pixel 11 pro, tested with Island being the only tweak enabled.
