[Feature]: Show the current time while music is playing in Duo mode #1523

Problem Statement

When music is playing in Duo mode, the status bar/time is not visible. Since Duo occupies the screen while media plays, there's no way to check the current time without exiting Duo or pulling down the notification shade, which is disruptive.

Proposed Solution

Add an option to display the current time whenever music is playing in Duo, so the time stays glanceable without leaving the current context.
