Create @saigontechnology/chat-storage-providers workspace package with Cloudinary, Firebase (RN), and Web Firebase storage implementations. Remove the built-in storage helpers from rn-firebase-chat; consumers now inject a provider via ChatProvider/WebChatProvider. Wire example apps (RN, Expo web, Vite web) to the new package and move Cloudinary credentials out of source into .env (gitignored), with placeholders in .env.example.
