Hovering a clip in the quick paste list only shows the plain text tool tip. Images,rich text, colours cannot be looked at without moving the selection or pressing F3, which is awkward when you are just skimming the history.

Changes
Adds a preview popup that follows the mouse: after a 300 ms hover on any row it shows the clip next to the pointer and disappears as soon as the pointer leaves the row.

Settings live in the cog menu next to "Show Thumbnails" / "Draw RTF Text":

• "Show Preview On Hover" toggle - off means the plain tool tip bubble is used again,exactly as before, the popup never appears
• "Hover Preview Width" - Original Size / 200 / 300 / 400 (default) / 600 / 800 px,used as the box a large image is fitted into and the widest a text preview grows to

Not covered

• Real html layout needs the embedded IE control the description window uses, that cannot live in a no-activate popup, so html previews show the clip text.
• Exif is only read when the clip also holds jpeg ("JFIF") data; clipboard image data is almost always CF_DIB or PNG and has no exif in it.

Testing

• Built with MSBuild CP_Main_10.sln /p:Configuration=Release /p:Platform=x64.
• Images (small, large, portrait, screenshot), rtf from Word, colour codes copied from an editor, html copied from a browser, plain text, and with the toggle off.
