Complete the Turkish language file: add 111 missing entries, translate 215 empty ones, sync 16 stale English source texts with current upstream (hotkey suffixes, typos, renames), and fix 5 Otomatik typos. No code changes.
Unify terms with the established file conventions (Gönder, Hızlı Yapıştır, Kıyasla, Yapıştır Konumu) and fix a wrong Disconnect string that pointed at the database instead of the clipboard.
Fix mistranslations carried over from the previous revision: reversed Ascending/Descending sort labels, Odometer read as 'odo error', GetString-style Exception/Error messages, future-tense file rename notices, Lines Per Row read as row height, system tray, startup message, and others. Align terminology (Içe/Dışa Aktar, Açıklama, İmleç, Ara Bellek, Etkinleştir) across duplicated strings and the String Table.

Updates the Turkish language file, which was last touched in 2022 and had fallen behind English.
No code changes — single XML file only. Untranslated entries safely fall back to English at runtime, so this is strictly additive in behavior.
