Adds Antigravity (agy) as a harness provider, paid by the user's Google plan.

• Unlike claude and copilot, the child stays up between turns and a spare starts when the panel opens: every agy launch spends ~5s signing in before it takes a question. Measured ~8s to first token cold, ~2.5s pre-warmed, ~1.9s on a follow-up.
• Billing has three layers: env scrub (GEMINI_API_KEY, AGY_ADC_AUTH, GCP vars), a private HOME that drops modelProvider and keeps paid AI credits off, and authMethod=consumer read from agy's log before the question is written.
• The private HOME keeps our turns out of the user's ~/.gemini; only Library/Keychains is linked in, because that is where agy finds its login (ANTIGRAVITY_APP_DATA_DIR is ignored by the CLI).
• Lean mode is a custom agent with no default prompt and no tools: 590 input tokens a turn against 12,860.

harness-test.sh: all 17 agy checks green, claude and copilot green. The OpenCode section fails upstream ("OpenCode's free tier can only be used from within OpenCode"), unrelated to this change. No screenshot: the only visual change is the Settings section, generated by the existing per-harness view.
