[HOLD] Android: Feature request: Add 'locale' option

Hi, great work on library.
In my opinion, it would be nice to have locale prop, especially for multi-language applications.

• Web: There is no prop for the locale AFAIK
• iOS: No problem https://developer.apple.com/documentation/uikit/uidatepicker/locale
• Android: Current material3 version (1.3.2) has a buggy locale. The fix landed on v1.4.0 but that version is not released yet

So for now I'm going to add this feature only for iOS
