Hello — I’m sharing an independent receive-only Windows listener built around the published GhostNet v1.5 schedule:

It receives public KiwiSDR audio (or a local radio’s USB audio), decodes JS8 in-process, and keeps a local SQLite journal. Version 0.4.0 can run independent North America, Europe, and Australia/Pacific receiver lanes concurrently, with separate regional views and a combined inbox.
The program has no transmit, PTT, CAT-write, heartbeat-transmit, or spotting path. It does not upload copied traffic, and GhostNet-like tags are displayed as unauthenticated. VARA, ALE, and voice are not decoded. The optional 45.45-baud RTTY path remains clearly marked as a preview.
Validation currently includes 42 automated tests, recorded JS8 decoding with nominal and +3 second receipt timing, frozen/installed self-tests, and a user report of live GhostNet message reception with an earlier build. Live SoapySDR hardware and on-air RTTY calibration are still unverified. The release is GPL-3.0-or-later and the Windows installer is currently unsigned.
I’d appreciate corrections on schedule interpretation, group tags, and especially real on-air RTTY polarity/center-frequency samples. This is presented as an independent community tool, not an official or endorsed GhostNet release.
